It has been weird jumping on your journey website at the very end, having to catch up on what seems like an experience beyond description (though you and Whit have done a fine job). I can’t even imagine what the two of you are feeling right now. I wonder if everything will feel temporary now, so that even living and working in one place for a long time is going to feel more like an extended visit. What a romantic idea! I am selfishly glad you are returning “home.” I can’t believe I will get to see you so soon. I have missed you very much. I can offer you the comforts of an inflatable inner tube in a Tigard oasis, pizza on bellies is optional. Listening to 60s lounge music is not.
